The Big Sisters Club

My sister has to be one of the craziest people I know....and to say that means she really is, lol. I dedicate this post to my baby sis who isn't a baby anymore; she's a strong, dependent (on Christ) woman of God in training. She loves the Lord and you can clearly see by the way He moves on her behalf, He loves her so much. So this is my sister: Ms. Whitney who is on her way to becoming a Proverb 31 woman. I love you, and may God continue to bless you as you continue to walk in His shadow feet.
Encourage the younger ones in your life, they need it. Titus 2:3-5 tells us as older women that we should train the younger ones in Christ: "Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled." We have a duty to the current generation, how can we expect them to know what is right and expected of them if we don't show them? How will a young woman know that to carry herself like a lady if we don't remind them everyday that they are "fearfully and wonderfully made." It's time to step up and do our job; its time to start changing lives. Be blessed.
